SUMMARY
Hulu's Culture Lab team is seeking a Creative Director of Culture and Innovation to join our Marketing team. As a Creative Director of Culture and Innovation at Hulu, you'll provide creative concepts and activation ideas for our marketing and potentially integrated marketing groups that align with our brand and content marketing initiatives. In addition, you will help lead our Brand Social Media team and ensure they are authentically woven into culture. The right person for this role is collaborative, creative, open-minded, inspiring and very comfortable working in a fluid environment. If you are an experienced and passionate concept generator with a desire to learn, lead, share and grow, then this is a great role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Act as a partner with the Culture and Innovation Lab and Brand Marketing team to develop creative positioning, messaging and branding in the marketplace.
• Lead the Brand Social Media team and build the calendar and proactive engagement strategy across all social channels.
• Lead the development of OOH and experiential concepts that can break through culture.
• Develop ideas that generate earned media and build our brand through multiple channels including but not limited to digital, social, OLV, OLA, messaging apps, print, radio, and TV.
• Work across all creative disciplines to ensure brand consistency.
• Partner and collaborate with our internal creative team, marketing, advertising, and product stakeholders
• Ensure creative quality, consistency, and cohesiveness across all creative executions
• Continually elevate and innovate custom client solutions that cement Hulu as a leader in the space
WHAT TO BRING
• 10 years experience at a creative agency or in an entertainment marketing environment
• Experience in multi-platform and 360 creative executions
• Executive-level collaboration experience required
• Experience overseeing design of physical brand experiences for events like CES, Upfronts, etc.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills for client-facing and sales leadership interaction
• Please have a strong portfolio to submit.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience at a creative agency with clients from Fortune 100 brands
• Experience in producing design and motion creative for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
