SUMMARY
Hulu's Talent and Organization (TAO) team is seeking a Community Program Manager who will be an exceptional addition to the team. As a Community Program Manager, you will be managing end to end programs and partnerships including but not limited to apprenticeships, returnships, and partnerships with organizations like YearUp, in support of our thriving organization. This role requires close work with internal and external partners. The right person for this role has hands-on experience in managing large scale programs in recruiting and great track record in building relationships with non-profits and local communities. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design, build and execute strategic programming to build a world-class pipeline of talent through conferences, social events and community partnerships
• Launch and manage end to end community programs to support overall company hiring initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders and talent advisors to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Communicate program strategy with the business to ensure alignment
• Foster relationships with community leaders and partners to build strong partnerships
• Develop scalable programs across the US by partnering with satellite offices on administering the program initiatives
• Handle program budget
• Use a data-driven approach to design effective evaluations and measure program metrics closely
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience within events management, program management and/or community program management
• Experience in designing, launching, evaluating and leading programs successfully
• Self-starter comfortable leading through ambiguity to define clear roadmaps and processes
• Exceptional program, process and time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Creative problem solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles
• Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and partners, including senior leaders
• Proven teammate with excellent presentation and communication skills
