SUMMARY
Hulu's Marketing team is seeking an Associate On-Channel Marketing Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our team. The On-Channel Marketing team is responsible for using the Hulu app as a vehicle for achieving marketing objectives with a primary focus on driving engagement through content curation and promotion. As an Associate On-Channel Marketer at Hulu, you will be responsible for creating and executing on-channel campaigns and promotions. The right person for this role has familiarity with audience development, audience targeting, content curation, and editorial workflows, as well as a broad knowledge of television and popular culture. If you are analytical, curious, decisive, and flexible, then this is a great role for you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Program Hulu to best serve the needs of viewers and the business
• Partner with team members on programming tactics
• Develop targeting lists using audience segmentation tools
• Execute and deploy tactics under supervision of more senior team members
• Work off a prioritized calendar and document projects
• Conduct day-to-day analysis and optimization of campaigns
• Create, update, and monitor Airtable tickets
• Cover evening and weekend programming events, when needed
WHAT TO BRING
• 1-4 years of experience in online marketing, digital media, paid media, or audience development
• Familiarity and comfort using data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication abilities including comfort presenting in front of large groups
• Outstanding attention to detail and follow through
• Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, change priorities seamlessly, and remain calm under pressure
• A love for television
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Previous experience working in the entertainment industry
• Familiarity with Airtable
• Experience with live audience tracking software (Chartbeat, Parsely, Conviva, etc.)
