Part Time Unpaid Internship
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Maintain a detailed customer database of all clients and prospects
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales related collateral materials
• Assist Suite Sales Executives with game day responsibilities
• Responsible for large mailings of sales materials
• Must be able to work home games – please note games may fall on holidays and weekends
• Coordinate all Rockets Power Dancer suite visits and photos during game day/Third Party Events
• Assist with additional ticket requests on day of the event
• Regular box office visits to process suite rental orders or additional ticket requests
• Arrange courier service for high importance ticket delivery
• Must be a self starter and have the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Receptionist training

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Junior or Senior college student, or graduated within the last 6 months with a Business, Marketing or Sales related major
• Must be able to work days and evenings
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
• Have a passion to work in the sports industry
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, communicate with others.
• The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.
• The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
• The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed in light of the strong focus on external communications and relationships.
