Part Time Unpaid Internship
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Prepare research for customer experience, marketing, and sponsorship programs
• Collect data from surveys, databases, and external sources
• Analyze data and summarize key findings
• Support sales, service, and marketing operations
• Build and load prospect lists for call and email campaigns
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance
• Assist with business process improvement and data management
• Perform data hygiene and ETL tasks between various systems
• Prepare documentation of changes to business processes and data models
• General support of the Strategy & Analytics department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Junior or Senior in college pursuing business, economics, statistics, market research, or marketing preferred.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, organized, professional, mature, analytical, and extremely detail-oriented
• Prior experience in finance, economics, marketing, or related field
• Intermediate to strong knowledge of basic statistics and the ability to communicate that knowledge to others that do not possess the same statistical background
• Experience with manipulating large data sets
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
• The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Must have ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
