GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Social Media Coordinator will support the team by planning content and post relevant content to social media accounts. This position typically spend half of the year in CA and half in Houston, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Responsible for building and maintaining compelling content for all Clutch Gaming social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Twitch.
• Responsible for driving growth and fan engagement across all social channels.
• Produce digital content for all events and matches.
• Collaborate with videographer and graphic designer on building content.
• Work with the overall Business Development and Marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
• Identify trends early and improve content opportunities for existing and potential corporate partners.
• Find creative opportunities to sell merchandise through our digital channels.
• Curate content for the Clutch Gaming website.
• Develop and execute grassroots marketing plans to grow the Clutch Gaming brand.
• Plan and execute all local watch parties in Houston.
• Responsible for general office tasks such as processing invoices, filing, faxing, copying, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/BA in a related field.
• 1 years of digital media experience, preferably in the Esports or sports industry.
• Experience building and handling digital media content.
• Must have solid knowledge of a range of social media channels.
• Must have mobile proficiency and be comfortable working on the move.
• Must have understanding and knowledge of Esports.
• Ability to build compelling content quickly and readily
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML and CMS platforms.
• Able to multi-task with validated ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
• Skilled relationship builder, reciprocal teammate.
• Good communication skills/organized; problem solver; detail-oriented.
• Possess brand and commercial awareness.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, communicate with others.
• The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.
• The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
• The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed in light of the strong focus on external communications and relationships.
