The Coordinator, Media & Partnership Marketing's main responsibility is to assist in the development and implementation of advertising and marketing assets and campaigns with the Sr. Manager, Marketing and Media.
This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales & Digital, Creative, Production, Promotion, and Publicity teams. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain an organizational system to track advertising and marketing asset requests to ensure no opportunities or deadlines are missed
• Brainstorm with marketing leads to identify advertising and marketing asset needs
• Coordinate multiple assignments and projects around the development of marketing strategy, digital and social media advertising initiatives
• Assist in preparation & routing of advertising assets (including but not limited to TV, radio, print, digital, and out of home advertising assets) to related departments and external partners
• Coordinate the creation of project promotional marketing tools and merchandise including posters, stickers, clings, postcards, one sheets; and oversee their delivery
• Proof-read/review marketing tools and advertising asset designs and copy
• Process internal and external partner invoice requests and vendor set ups
• Assist in the creation and distribution of reports
• Support the marketing team on other projects as assigned
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to senior management
• This role will provide administrative support to the VP, Partnership Marketing including calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, filing, among other support duties.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience as assistant or coordinator in marketing, traditional and/or digital advertising, and/or social media marketing
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and interact comfortably and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle tight deadlines
• Critical attention to detail, accuracy, and design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Experience and ability to deal with high profile personalities and clients a must
• Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, Excel, Google Docs, Outlook
