THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Executive Assistant to the President
* Organize and prioritize complex calendar, correspondences and appointments, while maintaining confidentiality
* Complete ongoing and impromptu tasks on time
* Additional responsibilities, as needed
2. Office Administrative Assist
* Own and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure delivery
* Daily activities including, but not limited to'
** Covering phones, acting as gatekeeper (where appropriate)
** General office services & supplies
** Assisting team members
** Greeting & directing guests
** May participate on cross-functional with other individual contributors deliverables
3. Experiences preferred
* Film deliverables
* Corporate & legal documents
* Research & presentation preparation
* General bookkeeping, expense recording & management
THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* BA / BFA. Film & Television or other related field / experience
* 2+ years relevant work experience; familiarity with industry standards, lingo and processes
* Ability to conceive, create and drive solutions from scratch.
* Ability to clearly, quickly and communicate information to C-Level audiences
* Positive attitude and a competitive approach to continuously improving at your job and in life
