About the Job & Requirements:
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Assisting the CEO and Director in daily tasks
- Answering the phone, overseeing the meetings calendar
- Reading of scripts
- Helping the team handle Entertainment strategies of several luxury brands
- Helping at the creation of marketing and commercial documents
- Identification of product placement and events opportunities in line with the brands' marketing briefs
- Following up the Entertainment projects of our clients' ambassadors
- Helping at the creation of monthly reporting for each client
- Managing our products inventories in the US
- Communicating the information to the team, participating in internal meetings
- Commercial and market watch, to identify new projects (films/tv series) and new brands to reach out to
Qualifications/Requirements
- You live within 10 miles of Santa Monica
- Bachelors Degree or higher in marketing/communication
- High level of organization, attention to detail
- Good marketing knowledge and understand the brands positioning
- Good knowledge of the entertainment industry
- Curious and hard worker, you know how to manage priorities and complete a project
