Looking for additional Crew Scheduler for a busy audiovisual events production services company.
We service the corporate meetings and special events market, so previous event production/audiovisual background is required.
Candidate must be detail oriented, be able to work in a fast paced work environment and be a quick study.
A multi-tasker who is well versed with technology would be ideal.
Must know how to work in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) as well as work with PDF's.
Person should be Internet savvy as we print to PDF and save all info regarding the jobs and upload to our online job filing system and share documents through Google Cloud.
Someone with an eye for auditing would be perfect, as we work with many details on a daily basis and accuracy is crucial. Typing skills of at least 50 WPM is required.
Job is in the north Scottsdale area but would eventually lead to a work from home position for the right person.
Job hours vary based on time of year as AZ is cyclical for meetings and events due to extreme summer temperatures, more hours Sept - May and June - Aug is fairly quiet.
Working Mon - Sat is typical during busy season and during summer hours are much less.
