Summer Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Dates/Season: Immediate for the Summer
Time/Days Required: 2-3 days per week, 12-6PM
Location: Midtown West, NYC

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing / importing daily submissions and updating info in our internal databases
• Answering phones
• Inputting appointments
• General office maintenance
• Updating resumes
• Handling mail

Interns will be trained on:
• Breakdown Services
• InEntertainment
• IMDB Pro
• Vimeo

Qualifications:
-being punctual and having good time management
-responsible, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills
-a self-starter
-able to multi-task and follow instructions
-ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced environment
-great understanding of Microsoft or G-suite
-have a friendly and pleasant demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
-a basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry
