Full Time Job
This position is responsible for preparing customers for their new website development. Starting with onboarding and collecting information to help position the team for a great smart website design build. In addition, this position will assist heavily in the eCommerce initiative coaching/preparing customers for building inventory product material, setting up payment gateways and shipping/fulfillment rules. Working close with designers, developers, quality control and vendors to facilitate a complete build.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Onboarding Customer
• Managing the development timeline and resources
• Coaching customer
• Managing ecommerce development projects
• Creating timeline/schedule for requirements.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A four-year degree is preferred in Communications, Computer Science, Design, or equivalent experience but is not required. Experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Retail, Call Center and Help Desk considered a plus.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
The incumbent/candidate must be detail oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. The incumbent/candidate must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver knowledge and experience are not necessary but considered a plus.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. Must be able to work in a high pace, metrics-driven environment.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, in both technical and business environments.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• The incumbent/candidate must have strong computer skills and be willing to be trained.
