Position Summary
As a Digital Sales Business Development Executive, you'll help to provide integrated digital advertising solutions and sponsorships to ensure client success and account growth. Chron360 has proven to be a local leader in providing digital advertising solutions providing both Turn-key and custom digital solutions for all size businesses.
Expectations
Your responsibility is to drive and grow digital business with advertisers. You'll develop and manage business relationships to ensure that the clients' needs and requirements are met. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role in which you will need to be able to handle multiple clients and opportunities on a daily basis.
• Cultivate new business leveraging brands & platforms such as Texas Sports Nation, Texas Inc, Video Strategy & Development.
• Develop relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with customers to optimize their digital advertising.
• Manage multiple sales opportunities and projects.
• Responsible for achieving digital sales goals that includes correct forecasting and pipeline management.
• Be able to build relationships with new business opportunities presenting robust digital and video programs. Review customer needs analysis to determine the best mix of digital products.
• Meet with key clients, negotiate and close deals.
• Exceeds sales targets
The Ideal Candidate
• BA/BS degree
• 10 years of digital sales, business-development experience and digital advertising sales/marketing, sponsorship sales, broadcast/cable experience a plus.
• Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel experience
• Proven track record of success in growing new account base growth. Must prove to have driven at least $500K in revenue annually.
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills at the Director and C-Level.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Challenger Sales methodology experience a plus
Non-Negotiable Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• This is a High-Level Rep that can be Self Directed.
• 7 to 10 years of online sales, business-development experience and digital advertising sales/marketing demonstrating your ability to close six figure and contracted deals.
• Must have experience in SEM, display, retargeting, social and SEO
• Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel experience
