Job Summary/Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and managing others that are focused on customer retention and loyalty. You will monitor and provide detailed performance reporting and recommendations to all internal and external teams with a focus of nurturing long-term relationships and revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of underperformance or dissatisfaction. Through your reporting and in-depth knowledge of the client and campaign you will look for and suggest additional ways to help the client fulfill their business goals often increasing the number of products utilized and incremental revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work directly with clients and sales teams to understand overall objectives and how they relate to a client's media campaign.
• Direct communication with our clients exhibiting the ability to clearly articulate successes and recommendations.
• Create customized reporting including online media, search engine campaigns, social metrics, mobile metrics, and web analytics that highlight campaign strengths and weaknesses and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
• Provide recommendations for all digital media, suggesting actions to increase conversion.
• Understand and continuously research the media industry to stay at the forefront.
• Ensure that direct reports are proficient in their ability to perform their duties and provide coaching, training and progressive discipline where warranted.
Business Relationships:
• The manager works with internal teams as well as clients assigned to them.
• Will be overseeing a team of three.

• Ability to analyze large sets of data with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Google Analytics Certified.
• Experience with TapClicks is desirable.

• The ability to influence and impact Clients' Businesses by building your credibility and technical knowledge allows the strategist the abilityt to make recommendations that result in positive business outcomes.
What Type of decisions does this Person have the Authority to make Without a Supervisor's Approval?
• The ability to make recommendations/changes to current campaigns to improve performance and retention.
What Type of Decisions does this Position Refer to Others for Approval?
• Approval would be needed to change monthly billing amounts and/or added value strategies to the campaign.
What are the Measures of Success for this Position?
• Building trusted relationships with our clients.
• Improve and/or maintain month over month retention of revenue.
What is the Most Relevant Financial Responsibility of this Position and is the Global/National/Local (in Local Currency):
• The strategist would be responsible for local Advertising sales revenues.
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements, Education:
• Bachelors' degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• 2 years' experience managing digital media campaigns, media planning, and proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and WordPress.
