Full Time Job
Clevver Style seeks a content manager to upload and oversee all videos on its YouTube channel. This position will drive required metadata, tagging, titling, thumbnails, and documentation. Candidates must be familiar with personality-driven YouTube and/or women's lifestyle content. Additionally, candidates must be able to collect and present platform analytics. Ability to use Photoshop is a plus, as is familiarity with other platforms-Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter. Key responsibilities:
• Generate tags, titles, and thumbnails for every video upload, using YouTube's platform best practices
• Interface internal resources to optimize content performance
• Write copy for video descriptions, community page posts, and comments
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly channel analytics reports
• Assemble and maintain programming schedule/delivery calendar
• Converse with producers and the post team to help automate solutions when possible
• Pitch ideas informed by analytics and past success
• Oversee technical adjustments to content
• Upload content to Clevver's YouTube channel and manage publishing process
• Draft weekly pitch emails to provide suggestions to producers
• Coordinate necessary art assets
• Coordinate platform access where necessary
• Update team on progress/status/issues/troubleshooting on weekly basis at minimum
Requirements/qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years prior experience in publishing on YouTube and/or digital distribution
• Ability to track and research performance analytics and create reports
• Understanding of market research and how to reach target audiences
• Experience with procuring and presenting back-end analytics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to complete requests within an allotted time frame
• Ability to learn and advise/improve upon internal product
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in content management
• Understanding of market research and how to reach target audiences
