Full Time Job
The position is responsible for overseeing Clevver Style videos from idea inception to final delivery, as well as developing new series and executing on branded campaigns. Candidates should be familiar with personality-driven YouTube and/or women's lifestyle content. Additionally, candidates must be able to clearly articulate and pitch ideas, manage budgets and crews, as well as collaborate with line producer and post production. Ability to direct shoots, edit video or use photoshop is a plus. Creative self-starters will thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute efficient and fluid field shoots, directing/producing all talent and crew
Brainstorm new video, show and series ideas
Write loglines, treatments, beat sheets and shot lists
Supervise editors by providing timely and articulate direction
Deliver videos on time with a keen attention to detail
Track video budgets and book crew
A deep knowledge of YouTube and the overall digital landscape and strong understanding of production is a must
Reconcile production credit card, petty cash & receipts weekly
Oversee all bookings
Manage budget, crew logistics, transportation and media delivery for production
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Must have 3 years creative production experience in genres like beauty, lifestyle and unscripted – please share links/credits
A deep knowledge of the digital landscape and strong understanding of production
Deadline driven and results oriented
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including common production jargon
