Your Impact
Hearst Magazines is looking for a part-time Video Content Freelancer to support key projects for the Partnerships team. This individual would mainly oversee video scheduling, copywriting, and optimization to help generate revenue growth on Facebook for multiple brands. In addition, they may also work on some other projects across video partners.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, resourceful, and a fast learner that is able to meet weekly deadlines. In addition, they will have a good understanding of social media scheduling tools (a plus if they have worked with Creator Studio on Facebook already) and know how to interpret basic analytics.
What You'll Do
• Collaborate with Partnerships Manager to select and schedule weekly videos across 6 accounts
• Copywriting simple and informative video captions
• Assess analytics and track video performance to better inform content selection
• Assist with any other video related tasks on Facebook, as well as other potential initiatives in video
Who You Are
• 1 years of experience in digital media or related field
• Detail-oriented self-starter who is adept at problem-solving and has strong analytical perspective
• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools and analytics
• Strong familiarity with our media brands and video content
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various situations prioritizing assignments simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field
