Full Time Job
Town & Country Magazine is in search of an energetic self starter, multi-tasker and team player to support 4 Sales Directors. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Complete RFPs (Request for Proposals), processing Insertion Orders, and
sales follow-up
• Assist in preparation for sales calls
• Work with Marketing team on event execution
• Oversee general office tasks: phone coverage, filing, photocopying, expenses,
data entry, and order supplies
• Schedule all appointments
• Make all travel arrangements for 4 sales executives (hotel, air, car service,
etc.)
• Submit weekly T&E expense reports
• Compile Issue mailings which include customizing each packet for the
advertiser
• Track & distribute all monthly Edit Credits for the categories covered by their
Managers
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SalesForce)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to work well with
others
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Be a self-starter
• Be absolutely responsible, reliable and punctual
• Candidates must have at least 1 internship experience in a corporate
environment within a media company with exposure to ad sales or marketing
(magazine or ad agency experience preferred)
