Full Time Job
Hearst Media Solutions is looking for a Sales Assistant to support
three senior level ad sales people in the San Francisco office, with an
opportunity to learn about print and digital advertising across the Hearst
portfolio of 30 brands.
Responsibilities
include:
• Manage daily calendars
• Make all travel arrangements (hotel, air, car service, etc.)
• Submit bi-monthly expense reports
• Oversee general office tasks – client database upkeep, digital
file organization, administrative tasks
• Assist/help/prepare sales reps for client calls
• Enter digital media plans in sales force and track progress
• Create monthly corporate meeting deck
• Assist in preparing RFP's and other client requests
• Competitive tracking
• Secure reservations for client entertaining and events
• Fulfill various client requests
Required Skills:
• Outstanding professional communication skills and ability to work
well with others
• Ability to keep all work and information confidential
• Superior organization skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience in coordinating schedules and calendars
• Administrative office experience desired
• Software programs used: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote,
Salesforce, Slack
• Bachelor¹s degree preferred
• Working knowledge or interest in publishing preferred but not
required
