We invest in platforms and tech partnerships to drive our advertising business forward and are currently seeking an analytically-minded, motivated and motivating project leader to join our New York based Hearst Digital Media advertising operations team to create the conditions for those partnerships to be most successful. In this position, you will oversee the implementation and successful use of operational platforms and partnerships to benefit the advertising business at HDM. You will work collaboratively to make our ad platform partnerships successful from implementation to adoption and drive high-value use from there. Responsibilities Include:
• Plan, coordinate, and implement platform and technology partnerships that support our advertising business, including but not limited to sales enablement, order management, targeting and reporting.
• Evaluate the selection of platforms and partnerships as required.
• Develop project timelines and build internal & external teams to execute against those timelines.
• Manage expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, resources and budgets
• Motivate teams and set clear deliverables for project success.
• Manage ongoing relationships with platform and technology partners and prospective partners.
• Manage ongoing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Measure advancements made through these partnerships, outlining potential and actual ROI.
• Oversee a small, growing team of experts in sales operations and manage external consulting partnerships as required for specific projects
• Regularly evaluate the success of partnerships and advise VP and SVP
Requirements:
• BA/BS
• 7 years successful experience in advertising project management or ad tech
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Salesforce, DFP, Fattail Adbook, Moat, IAS, Comscore, Doubleverify, iMeetCentral, Domo, Tableau, Celtra
• Proven track record working with internal and external project teams to deliver project goals on time, to spec and on budget
• Very strong organizational skills and eye for details
• Ability to lead a cross-functional project team, juggle multiple projects at one time, and execute against firm deadlines
• Ability to speak to and understand both technical and business teams with equal comprehensibility
• Strong relationship building, verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
