Programmatic Sales Manager?
Hearst Digital Magazines is looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager for our team. The primary responsibility is to focus on meeting and exceeding revenue and budget goals while focusing on driving profitable growth. The Programmatic Sales Manager will be responsible for all programmatic advertising revenue within the assigned list of accounts. The ideal candidate must be a digital and programmatic expert with a deep knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of programmatic sales offerings including electronic trading platforms, data-enabled products and sales process automation platforms.?Consistent education surrounding the latest technology, trading platforms, marketing trends and metrics for success is crucial. Strong client and agency trading desk contacts are required.??
Qualifications
/Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in the online digital space, with strong media agency and advertising relationships including buy-side experience
• Experience working with data management platforms (DMP), data exchanges, ad networks, demand side platforms (DSP), agency trading desks or supply side platforms (SSP) and ad servers
• Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in a 'startup' and agile environment
• Proven track record of success driving revenue and new business development
• Solid oral and written communication skills to present technical products and deal structures with customers.
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics and current industry trends (for mobile, display and video) is required
• Travel will be required
