Full Time Job
Clevver is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to join its video team. The role is responsible for supervising the physical production process under the guidance of the GM and Executive Producer(s) and maintaining clarity of information between the staff, production teams, editors, accountants, Hearst NY and any outside facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring that the schedule, budget and production details are all aligned. The role is based in Santa Monica, California.
Responsibilities:
Create budget documents and maintain quarterly and annual master budget tracker
Acquire and ensure paperwork for all personnel and vendors were properly filled out and distributed including, but not limited to: contracts, agreements, permits, insurance and time cards
Maintain the company's production calendar
Oversee production logistics, invoices, p-cards and petty cash
Book crews for shoots and distribute call sheets
Reconcile various accounts payable (AP) for accounting
Provide cash flow forecasting for Accounting/Finance
Work with Legal to get contracts drafted when needed
Liaison between key department stakeholders on logistics matters
Vet and Hire qualified below-the-line new crew members
Provide regular status reports to GM and channel leads
Coordinate on-camera talent availability with production scheduling
Participate in client and production meetings with teams both internal and external
Requirements
Thorough knowledge and understanding of digital production budgeting and scheduling
Excellent organizational skills
Detail-oriented, flexible/adaptable
Ability to streamline production workflow and work with key departmental leads to ensure quality and stay on schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information
Fluent in relevant software and systems needed to perform duties to excellence
