Marketing Campaign (CRM) Specialist
Your Impact
Hearst Magazines is looking for a Marketing Campaign (CRM) Specialist to execute, optimize and report on subscriber, email and newsletter campaigns across Hearst Magazines well-known brands including but not limited to Cosmopolitan, Car & Driver, and Esquire. Your knowledge of various types of CRM campaigns will be instrumental in driving new subscribers both online and offline. You will get to use your analytical and collaborative skills by reporting on results and using the insights derived to improve them. Your insights will help drive the type and content of future campaigns.
What you'll do
• You will set up, manage and optimize various CRM campaigns for various magazines brands driving toward greater engagement and site registration.
• You will help set up and execute A/B testing on content and frequency and then evaluate the results to help refine and improve our messaging
• You will help develop clear and informative reporting on CRM campaigns that can be shared across the organization
• You will use your innate curiosity to stay on top of CRM trends, best practices and tools
• You will share analytical insights with editorial and creative teams so that we develop the most informative and relevant content for our audiences
• You will learn how to use and leverage our industry leading proprietary CMS alongside a suite of CRM tools
Who you are
• You have at least 2 years CRM marketing experience focused on achieving specific KPIs including increased site registration and audience engagement
• You have a strong knowledge of email and newsletter best practices
• You have strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to make decisions
• Ideally you have experience with Sailthru, but at least one other email service provider (ESP)
• You have worked with an email overlay system such as Bounce Exchange, Piano, Marketing G2
• You are proficient in Google Analytics
• You are an enthusiastic collaborator who thrives working across teams and disciplines
• You have a passion for digital media and marketing
