Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized, creative and motivated Junior Digital Producer to join our New York based Hearst Digital Media Design Studio team.
In this role, your goal will be to take ownership and efficiently manage the production of custom display advertising campaigns across all Hearst digital properties from start to finish. You will collaborate with internal sales, marketing, design and operations teams to scope projects and track delivery. This role will require you to be client-facing over email and phone.
Responsibilities
• Maintain expert understanding of our ad products, capabilities, business rules, and pricing
• Liaison between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Design, Development, QA, Editorial, Social, Legal, Reporting) and third party vendors to create custom ad products
• Prepare client-facing documents like: SOWs, production timelines, etc.
• Lead client communication for all assigned programs
• Gather and verify client assets. Source custom shot imagery/videos from internal teams
• Assist in resourcing
• Build ad products using internal CMS system as needed
• Ensure correct implementation of click & impression trackers for custom elements
• Partner with execution team to ensure that campaigns launch on time, deliver exactly what was sold, and exceed all given benchmarks by optimizing when necessary
Requirements
• BA/BS degree – Communications or related field preferred
• 1 years of experience within Project Management, Coordinator, Traffic. Or related field
• Previous Agency experience or internship experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and eye for detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, and execute against firm deadlines
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Expertise with QA tools and methodology
• Familiarity with CMS systems
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of project management platforms like: Central Desktop, Basecamp, Trello, ASANA
All-Star Skills
• Interest in digital design, digital media, digital advertising
• Knowledge in DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP)
• Basic knowledge of developer tools, HTML and CSS
• Team player
