Runner's World and Bicycling are seeking an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join the team within the Hearst Men's & Enthusiast Group.
Responsibilities
may also extend to the Men's Health brand.
Candidate will develop and write business-breaking integrated proposals on behalf of advertisers, leveraging the unique and collective assets of two iconic brands. Experience working across the health, fitness or wellness categories a plus.
Responsibilities
include:
• Ideate and develop creative, cross-platform marketing concepts and proactive pitches for key clients
• Manage development, articulation and execution of custom advertiser programs, including but not limited to: custom content for print and online (video and flat content), influencer curation, sweeps/contests, events, digital campaigns, email blasts, etc.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and talent relationships that align with assigned advertising categories
• Service day-to-day requests of sales staff/management (e.g., client history, event recaps, sell sheets, idea revisions, etc.)
• Manage timelines, budgets and invoices for programs
• Attend client meetings to receive briefs and/or to present marketing concepts in collaboration with sales
Required Skills /Experience
• Minimum 1 year of integrated marketing experience
• Cross-platform fluency across print, digital and social a plus
• Must be creative, dynamic and relentlessly innovative with a practical understanding
of our business and the shifting media landscape
• Must work well under time constraints, be detail-oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple projects/priorities
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both writing and in the articulation of ideas
• Knowledge of/appreciation for running and/or cycling a plus
• Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel (knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop a plus)
