Join the Hearst Data Studio as Head of Programmatic Operations primarily heading up the support for our reach extension business for various Hearst divisions.
We are looking for a data driven, ambitious problem solver to join our team to drive growth and success for our reach extension business. The ideal candidate needs to have proven customer service experience, operational experience in programmatic media buying as well as management.
Responsibilities
• Lead a support team composed of Client Service and Operations in the US and overseas
• Ensure we provide best-in-class service and performance for our clients
• Help develop innovative products for our local customers
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials for our products
• Be the point of escalation for our clients
• Work closely with our Data team to look at opportunities to incorporate solutions for our local clients
• Travel to local markets to help promote the Core Audience products
Desired Skills and Experience
• 8 years of customer service and operational experience in the media industry
• 5 years of management experience including managing an overseas team
• Understanding of the local media ecosystem
• Track record executing in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, specifically around DSP and DMPs
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills and an understanding of how to design & analyze tests
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deliverables and projects at once, sticking to deadlines
