As the Growth Marketing Analyst - Audience Development, you will be working within the Consumer Revenue Team to help manage traffic and acquisition campaigns for some of the top publishing brands as well as websites including: Best Products, Country Living, Cosmopolitan, Delish, Elle, Elle Décor, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, House Beautiful, Marie Claire, Popular Mechanics, Road and Track, Town and Country, Veranda, Woman's Day, Men's Health, Women's Health, Runner's World, Bicycling, Prevention and Oprah Mag.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain management of reporting packages for traffic and acquisition campaigns
• Update and monitor weekly performance reports to track to budget, production goals and ROI
• Lead ad-hoc analysis projects around campaign results, keyword performance, content performance, and content discovery
• Assist with campaign set up and optimization as needed
• Work with creative and edit teams to gather and create campaign assets
• Assist in implementing test plans and managing as well as summarizing results
• Perform all stages of QA testing
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in digital media
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - especially Excel
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc)
• Experience with AdWords preferred
• Attention to detail, ability to manage a variety of projects and brands at once
• Strong written and oral presentations skills
• Solid understanding of on-line environment and trends
• Previous experience with a media company is also a plus
