• Position is based in Center Valley, Pennsylvania
Key Responsibilities
, including but not limited to
• Manage Company's shared services departmental budgets
• Administer allocation methodology for shared services departments
• Coordinate with business managers, sales and marketing to standardize and manage custom advertising pricing across the company
• Understand the leverage points in deal structure to assist business managers and publishers during negotiations
• Establish and maintain business rules around pricing and packaging custom advertising units
• Be the lead for tools and systems used for custom unit pricing and compensation management
• Lead the design and implementation of the Company's total compensation plan
• Administer all variable compensation plans
• Prepare and submit Company's annual compensation budgets and monthly forecasts
• Model different compensation structures using current and projected revenue and summarizing payout results by position, department and business unit
• Partner with Human Resources to conduct annual salary benchmarking and evaluate market/industry data to recommend modifications and/or changes to current salary structure and compensation plan by position, business unit and location
• Partner with Human Resources to manage merit administration
• Calculate bonus and commission earnings
• Partner with Payroll / Human Resources to process bonus, merits, and any additional compensation changes or inquiries
• Facilitate approval process for salary change request and work closely with HR Partners to process compensation transactions
• Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plan, which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and Company objective
• Partner with HR and Business leaders to define, evaluate a standardize approach for job titles, pay structures, and compensation across primary functions and business units within the organization Provide HR Business Partners with job descriptions and cost centers for new requisitions
• Collaborate with HR to ensure data integrity of compensation by position, employee and business unit
• Develop and provide a monthly reporting package to be sent to each department head and business manager
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects
Requirements
/Skills/Experience
• BS in Finance or Business Management
• 12 years of experience in Finance and Analytics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with compensation management software is a plus
• Experience in print and digital publishing
• Must be an analytical and critical thinker with the ability to dig deep into the details but present high-level findings to management
• Exceptional MS Excel skills
• Detailed oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Be proactive and self-motivator with the ability to learn quickly
