Your impact:
Hearst Magazines is looking for an executive assistant to organize and manage every detail of a media executive's schedule, prepare the executive for appointments and public engagements, handle travel, and act as liaison to key staffers to keep the executive's office running smoothly. What you'll do:
• Manage the executive's daily calendar for internal, corporate, and external meetings
• Execute administrative tasks (expense reports/travel logistics/scheduling/contracts)
• Prepare impeccable briefing materials, talking points, and presentation materials
• Serve as liaison between the executive and the staff
• Provide additional assistance as needed
Who you are:
• You are comfortable with communicating in a highly professional manner with corporate executives and important industry contacts
• You should have at least one year of experience working as an assistant to a senior-level editor or other media executive
• You must hold a bachelor's degree
