Full Time Job
We are currently seeking a highly organized, creative and motivated Digital Production Manager to join the Hearst Ad Studio, a newly formed group within Ad Product Marketing that specializes in the creation, production and execution of unique ad experiences on behalf of our advertising partners.
In this role, you will spearhead and efficiently manage the design, production and launch of custom display advertising units and products across Hearst's digital properties. You will collaborate closely with key internal teams across Sales Activation, Design, Ad Operations and Ad Product Marketing to ensure seamless executions and optimal ad unit experiences that meet our client's KPIs and objectives.
This role will be based in Hearst's brand new office located in Easton, PA with regular in-person meetings (both in Easton and in NYC) with the Ad Studio team.
Responsibilities
Maintain expert-level understanding of Hearst's ad products and associated capabilities and constraints
Prepare client-facing documents including program kick-off call materials, SOWs, production timelines, spec sheets, etc.
Partner with and act as a resource for Sales Activation (project manager) team and advise on ad creative type, design and format to ensure client KPIs are met
Gather and verify required assets for ad product creation from internal teams and ensure Sales Activation team members acquire all necessary external materials
Build ad products using Hearst systems as needed (internal CMS, Google Ad Manager, Celtra, etc.)
Work with Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless transition of completed products with finalized click and impression tracker components where appropriate
Requirements
BA/BS degree – Communications or related field preferred
1 years of experience within Project Management, Coordinator, Trafficking or related field
Previous Agency experience or internship experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and eye for detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and execute against firm deadlines
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Expertise with QA tools and methodology
Familiarity with CMS systems
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Understanding of project management platforms such as Central Desktop, Basecamp, Trello, ASANA
All-Star Skills
Interest in digital design, digital media, digital advertising, and project management
Self-starter with a high degree of comfort in a remote working construct
Familiarity with and ability to use/navigate Google Ad Manager (Previously known as DFP) and Celtra
Basic knowledge of developer tools, HTML and CSS a plus
