Your Impact
Hearst Magazines Talent Attraction team is looking for a Contract Recruiter. This role is a freelance opportunity, for the duration of 5-6 months. You will be responsible for finding top talent and managing a full life cycle recruiting process for multiple Hearst Magazine properties . You will work closely with our team of dedicated recruiters and hiring managers in the creation, optimization and tracking of all phases of recruiting.
What you'll do
• Manage 10 open, full time requisitions encompassing multiple departments and disciplines.
• Development of recruitment strategies based on the requirements of open requisitions and hiring managers.
• Manage candidates through full life cycle recruitment process. Consult, source, identify, qualify, present, coordinate, follow-up, and disposition.
• Candidate sourcing for national, local and niche jobs via LinkedIn, industry networking, recruitment networks, candidate databases, employee referrals and social networking.
• Prequalify and pre-screen candidates for presentation to hiring managers.
• Identify, discuss and negotiate candidate compensation requirements.
• Maintain requisition and applicant activity and status in web-based applicant tracking system per regulatory and company guidelines.
• Manage third party recruiters as necessary.
• Provide weekly recruiting metrics and updates to HR team and client groups.
Who you are
• You have 3 years of recruiting in the digital field.
• You have experience working with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• You have prior experience at an Interactive Marketing or Advertising Agency.
• You're able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• You have strong business acumen: professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• You're an excellent relationship builder and client services focused.
• You're able to multitask under tight deadlines.
