As the Audience Development Analyst, you will be working within the Audience and Partnerships Team to analyze and provide performance insights on campaigns that drive traffic to some of the top websites in the industry including: Best Products, Country Living, Cosmopolitan, Delish, Elle, Elle Décor, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, House Beautiful, Marie Claire, Redbook, Popular Mechanics, Road and Track, Seventeen, Town and Country, Veranda, and Woman's Day.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage campaign reporting and ROI reports to help optimize profitability
• Track campaign performance and build recap reporting to help shape future campaign strategy
• Work with the editorial and video teams to share optimization suggestions based on campaign performance reporting
• Manage a variety of ad-hoc requests to deeper our understanding of how our brands are doing with our audience and competitive set
Requirements:
• Education: BA/BS in business, statistics, advertising or related field
• 2-4 years of finance and/or analytics experience (digital advertising experience preferred)
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and with a proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
• Experience with online advertising platforms a plus (DFP, DBM, Salesforce, AppNexus, STAQ, DOMO)
• Data driven thinking, excellent quantitative skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong project management skills preferred
• Power user of Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
