Associate Marketing Manager, Youth & Wellness Group
Your Impact
The Youth & Wellness Group (Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Men's Health, Seventeen and Clevver) seeks an Associate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, development, and activation of integrated marketing partnerships and added value programs for the Group. The Associate Marketing Manager will report into the Group Marketing Director and will collaborate with the sales team to create and activate strategic programs and experiences spanning all platforms–including digital, social, in-magazine, events, and more.
What you'll do:
• Strategize, create, and write integrated marketing proposals for accounts across Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Men's Health, Seventeen and Clevver
• Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the activation of partner-specific marketing platforms, such as digital/print/social custom content and native executions, customized experiences, and events
• Communicate marketing concepts and programs by writing proposals, presentations, and sell-sheets
• Work with client/category/industry data, insights, and research
• Participate in the development of signature platforms/tentpole opportunities and execution of select elements
• Manage project budgets, timelines, recaps/case studies, and client communications in relation to activated partnerships/programs
• Oversee monthly marketing programs including promotional listings and Starch research
• Regularly update sales and marketing materials: general presentations, media kits, research database, sell sheets
• Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offerings
Who you are:
• Minimum 1 years marketing/media experience
• Experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs; strong copywriting skills
• Resourceful, creative/strategic thinker with an upbeat, positive attitude and problem-solving approach
• An understanding of/interest in the editorial products and the youth and wellness industries are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Strong presentation skills (verbal, written)
• Proficiency with Keynote, Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack
