ASSOCIATE MANAGER, PARTNERSHIPS
Hearst Magazines Digital Media has a powerful portfolio digital brands that reach 116 million visitors monthly and 221 million social followers, that cover fashion, beauty, home design, food, family, automotive, men's and personal service. The Partnerships team leading off-platform content distribution with partners is looking for an Associate Manager of Partnerships to oversee content programming and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to take initiative, dive deep into data, prioritize responsibilities, and grow the business.
Responsibilities
include:
Curating and programming Hearst content that resonates with partner audiences.
Working closely with internal teams such as editorial, partnerships, SEO, and syndication to ensure all best practices are upheld and new content is leveraged.
Working with analytics team to surface and promote optimal content on partner platforms.
Working on other special projects with the Partnerships team.
Qualifications:
2 years experience in a social media, partnerships or digital media role is preferred
Great at balancing strategic & creative thinking and tangible execution
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong long-term relationship building skills required
Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
