As the Assistant Manager Paid Search PPC you will be working within the Audience and Partnerships Team by being a key player impacting all facets of our PPC marketing strategy to help drive new traffic and revenue streams from our audiences. You will focus on ppc and ppl performance across all of the top magazine and digital brands in the industry including: Men's Health, Women's Health, Prevention, Runner's World, Bicycling, Best Products, Country Living, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Elle Décor, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, House Beautiful, Marie Claire, Redbook, Popular Mechanics, Road and Track, Seventeen, Town and Country, Veranda, Car & Driver, Road & Track, and Woman's Day.
Description:
As the Assistant Manager Paid Search PPC, your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
• Manage and optimize ongoing campaign strategy
• Collaborate with edit to come up with new campaigns and product areas to focus
• Work with editorial teams to create and test ad copy
• Work with product and editorial teams to help make suggestions and test changes to the landing page experience.
• Create the analytics and reporting to track results and share with management across HDM on a weekly and monthly basis
• Work with other traffic vendors to develop successful ppl campaigns for our growing direct product line
Requirements:
• 3 years of hands on PPC experience (Google AdWords and Bing Ads)
• 3 years of hands-on Google Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of the relationships between keywords, ads, and landing pages
• Ability to execute paid search campaigns independently
• BA or BS degree
• Ability to work in a fast paced digital organization within a leading media organization
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
