Full Time Job
The Editorial Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the VP, Content and Executive Director, Content Strategy of Hearst Digital Media. The person must be extremely organized, a self-starter, a fast learner, have an interest in editorial/digital media and be motivated to go above and beyond what is expected.
Administrative responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars
- Coordinate events and trainings for the editorial teams
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations as needed
- Assist with research requests for editorial projects
- Manage expenses via receipt management and expense reports
- Pitch in writing and producing stories for editorial teams
- Work in cooperation with support staff on miscellaneous projects and events
- Fulfill responsibilities of other assistants as needed
- Responsible for coordinating brand sponsored events for the overall HDM team
