Partner Marketing Manager (Nordic) - EMEA
The Partnership Marketing Manager (Nordic) – EMEA plays an integral role in the development and execution of Partner Marketing campaigns in the Nordic region. Also functions as a liaison between EMEA Business Development & Commercial Strategy team and the Brand and Content teams, on the identification and delivery of Regional partnership needs.
The Daily
• Main point of contact in the Nordic Region for Brand and Device partnerships. Develop highly effective, strong relationships with key partners and provide day-to-day management of partner relationships with a focus on growth activities.
• Managing key Brand and other Partnerships and deliver on commercial targets (KPI's) for the Nordic region.
• Identifying and presenting new Partnership opportunities, researching the market and supporting negotiations with different stakeholders.
• Leading HBO Vouchers/Gift Card programs in the Nordic region: execute associated marketing programs and retail collaborations and evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Project managing successful Voucher Partnership Campaigns from beginning to end.
• Proactively streamlining the delivery of monthly release priorities and marketing assets for In App Purchases (IAP) & Hardware (HW) partners for the launch of the HBO streaming service in EMEA
• Collaborating with Brand & Content teams to strategically launch comprehensive Partner marketing plans which drive subscriber awareness, acquisition, upgrade and retention.
• Exploring and developing local and Nordic region business opportunities with new and existing strategic Partners, to ensure visibility in retail channels.
• Assisting in the tactical development and execution of integrated marketing strategy across IAP & HW Partners, both in local markets and in collaboration with other regional stakeholders.
• Managing the production and delivery of key Partner promotional campaign assets, providing creative feedback, and ensuring materials meet deadlines.
• Coordinating cross-functional communication across HBO Brand and DTC marketing teams and WarnerMedia Legal to ensure the timely execution of all marketing collateral, ensuring the accurate use of HBO brand guidelines.
• Represent HBO on location at Partnerships events, fares and exhibitions where HBO is present, coordinating all related activities.
The Essentials
• Proven experience in D2C Marketing.
• Fluent in English and with excellent verbal and written skills
• Creative, organized, detail orientated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment with constantly changing deadlines.
• Exercise good judgement, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel. General knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience of working in an international and matrixed organisation.
