The Job
As the CX Fall Intern | Advanced Support (Tier 3), you'll join a collaborative Customer Experience and Support team responsible for delivering best-in-class support to our HBO Max customers!
• We care for every single customer, quickly and thoughtfully solving their most challenging problems.

The Daily
• Support the CX team in working with extended HBO Max teams to help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Help log and track contact trends to identify ways to better assist our customers
• Become a subject matter expert on all HBO Max products and services
• Assist the Advanced Support team in replicating and investigating issues
• Opportunity to engage with HBO Max customers to answer their questions, receive their feedback, and help resolve their issues
• Opportunity to create and drive progress on a holistic fall internship project focused on an area of CX need
The Essentials
(bullet & indent qualifications)
• Strong technical and problem solving skills
• Strong familiarity and comfort using consumer streaming devices such as Apple TV, Roku, iOS devices, Android TV/mobile
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Passion for understanding and building a best-in-class customer experience
• Able to handle multiple priorities, using proper urgency when needed
Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for full duration of the internship.
• Fully remote/virtual experience; company owned laptop provided for the duration of the internship program.
• Salary based on office location; relocation is not provided.
• This position is targeted toward upperclassmen and graduate students.
