Sr Producer, Creative Services (HBO Max Latam)
The Team
The Digital Creative Services team is a mix of professionals with expertise in branding and performance focused on the full-funnel customer experience. We're looking for talented team members who understand the power of brand and design as well as KPIs, call-to-action, and promotion within digital advertising channels.
The Job
As Producer of Digital Creative Services for HBO Max Latam, you will help drive the success of the digital creative growth marketing team of WarnerMedia's new streaming service. This role concentrates attention on off-site efforts geared towards subscriber acquisition via digital ads, social media platforms, email, and push notification campaigns. You will work on a customer-focused team designing high-performance digital communications created to support Growth Marketing. This position works hands-on and collaboratively with innovative Graphic Designers and Project Managers to conceptualize, execute, and adapt creative concepts for HBO Max Latam.
This job isn't just about creating and executing top-of-the-line creative campaigns. It's also about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.
The Daily
• Main responsible for project management and delivery of creative assets developed to launch and maintain Growth Mktg campaigns.
• Responsible for producing video materials and editorial assets to be included on Acquisition, SM, and CRM marketing campaigns.
• Ability to solve marketing campaign challenges with the emphasis on messaging strategy, narrative, brand voice, tone, creative and innovative thinking.
• Drive constant improvement of our shoulder video content, employing new techniques, incorporating new trends, and identifying successful video content from peers and competitors, to apply to existing strategies.
• Work with internal teams to define final edits and create audio/video assets to support banner ads, pre-roll video , mobile, social media efforts, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with international and regional teams on the timing, viability, and localization of marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to develop assets for specific target audiences and unique digital media platforms.
• Contribute and collaborate with other innovative copywriters, designers, marketers, project managers, and content strategists in creating a strategy and messaging for projects to ensure that concepts meet the requirements and business objectives for HBO Max Latam.
• Manage deadlines and quality of internal and external deliverables.
• Use analytics to inform iterations of creative efforts, and level of success for campaigns.
• Establish relationships with key digital creative agencies, vendors, and freelancer designers, and constantly evaluate quality, speed, and accuracy by providing feedback to Creative Services leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
The Essentials
• 5 years of experience producing digital, interactive, brand videos, or 360 marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor's Degree required. Previous entertainment experience preferred.
• Portfolio of beautiful work that demonstrates a variety of video marketing executions with emphasis on digital formats.
• Expertise in digital marketing (social media and display channels) best practices. Ability to produce A/V assets for all channels.
• Experience in producing marketing trailers and presentations, TV commercials, web content, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of today's media landscape and how people engage with marketing.
• History with positioning products or consumer brands to a targeted audience.
• A data-driven approach to creative problem solving and scaling.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
• Strong aptitude for building effective relationships in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• An energetic, positive, creative influencer who takes a roll-up of your sleeve's approach is a must.
• A love of television and social media, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
• Bilingual Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
