PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Manage the operational functions for HBO Max - Coordination for content, Business Management System (LRS) and process all media through TMC, create all Meta records, Tracker update, Liaise for Localisation, S&P and Media operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
META - 20%
• Creation and maintenance of all ID's in META.
• Co-ordinating with META Team in London
• Uploading Bulk ID's in META
TMC - 20%
• Performing all tasks in TMC – import, segmentation, export approval, downloading proxies
• Co-ordinating with TMC team
• Follow-up with TQC team (Singapore) for segmentation of international content.
• Helping with onboarding of new vendors to TMC.
LRS - 20%
• Creation of new shows records in LRS.
• Assigning rights as per contract in LRS.
• Generating LRS repots as per requirement.
Operations - 40%
• Local shows: working closely with OP team to meet TX deadlines.
• For international shows, co-ordination with SNP Team & Programming.
• Working with programming team to make the content TX ready as per their requirements
• Keeping programming team updated with the progress on TX content.
• Coordinating for Localisation of content promptly and making sure the deliveries are on time as per expectation.
• Following up and maintaining record of Dubbing Scripts.
• Keeping track of all Publicity assets for all the shows.
• Maintaining track of all reports shared by SNP team.
• Co-ordinating with our internal Editors for Editors.
• Checking and giving confirmation on master & dub tracks invoices.
• Maintaining and updating daily trackers to track master delivery date, rights, SNP, Dub tracks info and OPS dashboard.
• Coordinating with project team to ensure the timely responses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• 5 to 7 years' experience in Media Operations.
• Basic Audio/Video Knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Desirable
• Mass Media Graduate or Graduation in Some form of Audio/Video or Film making course.
• Ability to Easy to acquire new technology and workflow
• Being Organized, Excel Proficiency, Hands on experience in any Business Management Software.
• Above average skills in Result oriented and self-motivated.
