The Job
The HR People Partner for HBO Max will spearhead HR programs, initiatives and data projects that are critical to driving HR strategy. Working in close collaboration with the Talent Leaders and People Partner Leads, this role will manage roadmaps for human resources projects and initiatives and will drive various HR programs including but not limited to, onboarding, leadership development and diversity, equity and inclusion, etc. In addition, this role will own the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly data deliverables. The HR People Partner will collect, compile and analyze HR data and will transform this information into usable dashboards and reports. This is a highly collaborative role and the People Partner will work very closely with partners in Warner Media's COE's other People Partners across Warner Media.
The Daily
• Plan and administer various HR programs and initiatives. Makes recommendations to improve current practices and processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Manages project roadmaps and is responsible for overseeing programs from development to execution. In partnership with WM's COE's, develops and delivers HR programs across HBO Max.
• Research best practices related to Talent, Culture and Organization Effectiveness.
• Participate in the planning and execution of performance management, annual compensation review and helps to drive diversity, equity and inclusion programs.
• Assist in the development of people strategies to support business objectives.
• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), employee surveys, exit interviews and other sources.
• Acts as the primary point of contact with the HRIS data team.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, and diversity.
• Prepares reports and dashboards on a regular and ad hoc basis. Develops presentations and reports as needed for review with stakeholders.
• Performs audits on data and data sets on a regular and as needed basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
The Essentials
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human resources leading projects and programs. At least 3 years of experience with data analysis and proven expertise in compiling and transforming data to tell a story and make recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required in this role as is the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with a large amount of ambiguity.
• Expert level Excel and Power Point skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required and the ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple partners and stakeholders is a must.
