HAYMAKER is a full-service creative advertising agency based in Los Angeles. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our founders and be the glue of the of the agency's operations. This role requires someone who has high energy and optimism, and is eager to learn more about advertising.
Responsibilities
• General administrative duties, including: managing calendars, answering phones, travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, reconcile monthly credit card expenditures, organizing conferences and large group meetings.
• Manage basic bookkeeping duties for the agency.
• Coordinate the fun stuff-parties, cultural activities and company outings.
• Be proactive!
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and related experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year as an administrative assistant supporting company leaders.
• Candidate must be able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Ability to multi-task and have excellent follow-through
• Self-Starter with the ability to prioritize and organize.
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact with senior clients.
Knowledge/Skills:
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Written communication skills are a must.
• Photoshop, Premiere a plus!
