Gunpowder & Sky is an award-winning independent global studio, dedicated to creating, marketing and distributing video content unrestricted by form, genre or platform. Gunpowder & Sky collaborates with both emerging and established talent to generate premium video content ranging from 90-second to 90-minute stories on all platforms. With in-house development, production, marketing and distribution capabilities, the company operates as a full 360-studio and oversees a library of over 1500 titles. We are seeking a self-starting, and detail-oriented team player who excels at multitasking and prioritizing.

- Festivals & Events: assist in festival and/or event research, pitching and booking, invoicing or collections in addition to any travel booking and miscellaneous support associated.
- Asset Traffic: Work between the Operations and Marketing team to guide the step-by-step development of creative assets for our feature films across a variety of mediums.
- Expense Management: Assist in coordination and organization of feature film expenses and report to our Financial team.
- Competitive and Research Analysis: Monitor competitive film releases and industry trends both within the theatrical or digital film landscape and reporting internally.
- Team Administration: Support the marketing team by leading research campaigns, coordinating meetings or phone calls, updating pertinent documents, spreadsheets or presentations and covering deliveries to key partners.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
- Highly motivated & collaborative; strong work ethic with self-directed, no-job-too-small attitude
- Intellectually curious: an interest in entertainment and media, with general knowledge and understanding of the industry
- An optimistic, proactive team player who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple creative projects
- Ability to manage aggressive deadlines and produce KPI-related results
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional sense of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA or BS required, preferably with a background in Film, Design, Writing, Communications, and/or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
