Full Time Job
This position provides daily administrative support to the Producers and Managers of Gumption Pictures and regularly interfaces with the Executive Team while serving as support to the full production company.
The successful candidate will be an organized, efficient, self-starter and both proactive and reactive. They must be comfortable with changing priorities and immediate needs. They need to have great attention to detail and research skills. Also important is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email, phone, and in person with a high degree of professionalism. Must have a strong familiarity with Google Suite, including Drive and Calendar, be tech savvy and a team player.
Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings
Assisting the team in creating and distributing online communications with board
Coordinate events such as wrap parties and screenings, including location search, invites, and providing support at events
Prepare expense reports and other forms, manage receipts
Plan travel arrangements and itineraries
Organize files and maintain Drive
Laise between executives and production teams
Organize office space and maintain supplies
Assist COO in running an efficient company
Experience with Google Suite - Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc
1 year of experience in an administrative role with demonstrated front-line responsibilities.
Knowledge and functional familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Interest and knowledge in the entertainment industry
Interest and knowledge of Los Angeles
High School Diploma required
$15.75 / hr + monthly healthy living reimbursement
