GBM (Gregg Baker Management) an established talent management company representing performing artists for Stage, Film & TV is currently seeking an immediate hire to head and cultivate our rapidly growing successful On-Camera division. Looking for an experienced agent or manager who is highly motivated, a self-starter and team player to develop the current roster in addition to scouting new talent. Must be local to NYC or the tri-state area.
Qualifications:
- Extremely strong communication skills--both written & verbal
- Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with existing systems
- Excel at problem solving
- A proactive self-starter/team player
- Effective at prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Knowledge of Breakdown Express and Casting Networks a MUST
- Extremely outgoing, confident and possess lots of patience along with a sense of humor
Responsibilities:
- Direct contact with casting offices, producers and clients
- Administrative duties (setting appointments, handling scheduling, billing, data entry)
- Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe--creating & maintaining company documents and forms
- Occasional coverage of CEO's desk
Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience (inclusive of a commission structure) + bonuses
Start date: Immediate
