We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant. We seek a motivated, self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills: Should have some experience in the Entertainment, PR or Sales fields • Computer Savvy • Should have experience which demonstrates the ability to juggle tasks and constantly reprioritize • Professional phone presence is expected • Should have some customer service experience • Working knowledge of Excel • Should have an abiding passion for current events • Diplomacy and grace under pressure • Must be extremely detail oriented and big picture focused
Job Description:
• Assist Senior Executive by providing all administrative support
• Oversee all paperwork surrounding engagements including signed contract and deposit, and reviewing and distributing event questionnaire.
• Verify accuracy of speaker itineraries
• Act as agent to diplomats, political figures, filmmakers, writers, TV personalities and business leaders
• Learn Speaker biography, lecture programs and preferences through video study, agent meetings, etc.
• Recommend speakers and quote fees to clients
• Maintain appropriate speaker and client information in company-wide database
• Other duties as assigned
