Coordinator // Day To Day (Job Description)
• Provide support, schedule meetings and maintain calendars for executives.
• Oversee and manage Artist and Manager long-term and day to day schedules.
• Book Artist and Management travel via travel agent or directly.
• Manage, prepare, and process expense reports.
• Responsible for preparing meeting-related materials in addition to presentations.
• Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the Artist Manager.
• Efficient daily communication and information flow with Artists and teams ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Bring innovative new ideas to grow online, merchandise strategies, radio and print presence for Artists, both nationally and internationally.
• Help to develop and oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans, including global release schedules, social media plans/content, press, marketing, touring, etc.
• Create and manage budgets, timelines, team communications and deliverables for projects across all areas of Artists' businesses including, but not limited to, records, touring, brand partnerships, digital and marketing activations, etc.
• Prepare online marketing summaries and plans, including reported insights such as engagement and community growth.
• Manage and respond to inquiries sent to general info e-mail address for management division and general Artist email inbox.
• Content creation + graphic design including social media assets, digital ads, site design elements and presentation decks, print assets (i.e tour posters) a plus.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
• At least 2-3 years experience as a Coordinator or Day To Day Manager at a music company. Referrals required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through for ongoing projects.
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and anticipate manager's and client's needs.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written [spelling, punctuation, grammar] and oral [professional and friendly demeanor] communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive.
• Proficient in Social Media Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok.
• Proficient in Digital Streaming Platforms ''DSP's'' [Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal].
• Graphic Design Skills a plus [Photoshop / Illustrator / Adobe Creative Cloud].
• Passion to learn and grow within the music industry.
