GRAiNEY PICTURES seeks a highly motivated Business Intern with meticulous attention to detail, to fulfill a supporting role for continued company expansion. Candidate must be intelligent, highly organized, professional, efficient, able to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize well, possess exceptional written and verbal skills, have a well developed aesthetic sense, tech/social networking savvy, and be able to work independently as well as with others. Duties vary depending on the needs of company, no two days are identical, but responsibilities will include research (market, client, industry), scheduling, sales-outreach, presentation material creation, Social Networking presence, and overall office and executive support.

Candidate will assist in the ongoing process of engaging and fulfilling a Brand's marketing needs through the art of storytelling. Candidate will be interfacing with the Brands(client), Advertising Agency, and Creative Directors on a daily basis to learn how a Brand's marketing vision becomes a full-functioning advertising piece that can be used on a variety of different mediums (web, TV, print, etc).

Candidate will also assist in the sales outreach and overall expansion for GRAiNEY PICTURES' new interactive branch, GRAiNULAR.

Along with the day-to-day activities and support roles the candidate will be tasked with an overall 'portfolio project'. This project will require the candidate to work directly with one of our clients, undergo extensive research of the client's current goals and needs, and then have the candidate develop an overall strategy for accomplishing the identified goals. This may involve the creative aspects of the marketing department or the practicality of internal communication; but at its core, the candidate will be tasked with creating a plan that helps a brand/company interact with a targeted and select group of individuals in an effective and efficient manner.

• Assist in the drafting of presentation/pitch documents b
• Answer phones, manage phone sheet
• Maintain schedules
• Set up and coordinate meetings and conference calls
• Update and maintain Social Media Marketing Presence
• Document uploading, organization, and overall management of client information
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating system and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
