Ballpark Operations Coordinator

Goodyear Ballpark is the spring training and player development home of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. The Ballpark Operations Coordinator is responsible for game day operations, including staffing, logistics, transportation, parking, custodial services, security and the overall fan experience.
In addition to spring training, the Ballpark Operations Coordinator assists in executing and overseeing ballpark operations by performing a variety of sports facility functions associated with a multiuse, public assembly facility including coordinating, planning, organizing and facilitating events and activities. The Ballpark Coordinator works with professional baseball teams, promoters, contract services providers and lessees to assist in the overall success of activities and events, while maintaining compliance with city, user contract and departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
The ideal candidate for the Ballpark Operations Coordinator position will have both operations and event management experience as well as experience overseeing service contracts and budget responsibility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and function under stress. This position must have the ability to work irregular/extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
