RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with GDE team and preferred vendors to create a national 360 brand campaigns across digital, TV, print, events, etc. with an emphasis on digital.
- Lead regional campaign planning between creative teams, media agency, and operational team
- Asset management: collecting assets from multiple sources, assisting with file management and delivery of assets to platforms.
- Assist PR team with proofing of Press Releases, Press Notes, Press Mailings.
- Writing and editing of film synopses, photo captions. Compilation, formatting, and proofing of bios, summaries and other details into Press Kits.
- Work closely with internal teams to drive information gathering and data analysis efforts to drive campaign optimization
- Coordination and scheduling of marketing related meetings and calls.
- Updating, customizing and editing pitch decks.
- Review / proof final film assets: Digital Artwork, DVD Wrap & Disc, Theatrical Poster, etc.
- Track digital placement for films across multiple platforms upon release.
- Maintain robust knowledge of digital media and entertainment marketing, research and report competitive findings, and be an ambassador for digital within the business.
- Liaison to internal and external teams to analyze digital metrics and trends to improve and/or add functionality, drive higher engagement and longer time spent on site/page, and increase conversions
- Ensure data, learnings and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported back to the business.
- Manage budgets, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Create campaign post mortem with recommendations and learnings
